There is no 2 BHK or 2.5 BHK. Smartworld kept this one in the premium bracket. Phase 1 possession is targeted at December 2027. Phase 2 (HRERA GGM/842/574/2024/69) launched in 2024 and is pencilled in for 2031. IGI Airport is roughly 18 km via the expressway. The M3M commercial high street sits 0.8 km away. useful if you would rather not drive into Cyber City every time you need groceries or a weekend dinner.
