Whiteland Corporation is a relatively young name in Gurugram but has moved aggressively into the premium segment over the last three years. None of those names are surprises at this price band — but the combination signals where the construction budget is being allocated.
Investment Outlook
A sober note for buyers: this is a top-of-market product in a corridor still settling into its premium identity. If the Westin service standard slips post-handover, the maintenance gap from "branded" to "just another high-rise" can be a long one. Buyers I've spoken to are pricing that in. For a 10-year hold with strong service expectations, the Marriott contract is the durable moat. For shorter holds, conventional Dwarka Expressway product may offer better entry multiples.
