Sector 36A is not directly on the Dwarka Expressway. It sits inland, off the Central Peripheral Road. The bigger location play here is the upcoming Global City corridor — the planned 1,000-acre commercial zone immediately to the west — and the CPR which is now Haryana's spine for the Manesar-to-NCR axis. For corridor comparison, look at Whiteland Westin Residences in Sector 103 or Central Park Delphine in Sector 104 for direct Dwarka Expressway frontage.
